At verksamt.se, the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket), the Swedish Tax Agency (Skatteverket) and the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth (Tillväxtverket) have gathered and structured information and services of value to people who are considering starting, are in the process of starting, are already running or who wish to develop or close a company in Sweden.

The Swedish Companies Registration Office registers companies and associations. It also files annual reports and makes them official/public. On its website, searches can be performed and business information can be purchased from the registers.
